Refund policy

All sales are final.

Steady in Stilettos is a digital product. Your PDF guide is delivered immediately after purchase, so I do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any order. This includes The Guide and The Guide + 30 Days of Texts.

If you have trouble accessing your guide or receiving your texts, email me at contact@keitaylor.com and I will help you get what you purchased.

Have a question before you buy? Email me at contact@keitaylor.com. I would rather help you figure out whether this is the right fit before you buy than have you purchase something you do not need.
