Last updated: October 21, 2026

Welcome to Kei Taylor. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kei Taylor website, digital products, services and mobile messaging programs. By accessing this website, purchasing a product or service or participating in a mobile messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website, purchase our products or participate in our services.

1. Website and Services

Kei Taylor provides educational content, digital products, accountability programs and related lifestyle resources.

We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue any portion of the website, product or service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Any revised Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.

2. Digital Products

Certain products offered through this website are delivered digitally, including downloadable PDF guides.

Digital products are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, publish or commercially exploit any digital product or substantial portion of its contents without written permission from Kei Taylor.

Access to a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

3. Educational and Wellness Information

Content provided through Kei Taylor, including Steady in Stilettos, is intended for general educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided through the website, digital products, email or text messaging services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Physical abilities, comfort levels and results vary from person to person. Use your judgment, modify activities when appropriate and discontinue an activity if you believe continuing would be unsafe.

No particular result is guaranteed.

4. Purchases and Payment

Prices are displayed before checkout and may change at any time.

By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amount.

Any applicable refund, cancellation or return terms are governed by the refund policy displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its contents, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, product names, digital guides, designs, logos and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Kei Taylor and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use purchased digital materials for your personal use. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, license or create derivative commercial products from our materials without written permission.

6. Mobile Message Service Terms

The Kei Taylor mobile message service (“Mobile Service”) provides subscribers with text messages related to programs, products, purchases, educational resources, accountability services and, where separately consented to, marketing communications.

By opting into the Mobile Service, you agree to these Mobile Message Service Terms.

Consent and Opt-In

You may opt into text messaging by providing your mobile telephone number through an eligible signup form, checkout process, subscription page, keyword or other clearly disclosed opt-in method.

Where double opt-in is used, you must also complete the confirmation step sent to your mobile device before your SMS subscription becomes active.

By opting in, you authorize Kei Taylor to send recurring text messages to the mobile number you provided using automated or other messaging technology.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

If you purchase a product that specifically includes text-message services, such as a paid SMS accountability program, providing a valid mobile number and consenting to the service-related messages is necessary for us to deliver that portion of the product.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to enroll that number in the Mobile Service.

Types of Messages

Depending on the program you join and the permissions you provide, messages may include program instructions, accountability reminders, daily practice reminders, educational information, progress check-ins, pause and restart notices, completion messages, customer-service communications, purchase or account information, product announcements, promotions, special offers and other marketing communications.

Not every subscriber will receive every type of message.

Steady in Stilettos Accountability Program

Customers enrolled in the Steady in Stilettos 30-Day SMS Accountability Program will generally receive one accountability message each morning for 30 days, beginning the morning after enrollment or activation.

Additional messages may include an enrollment or confirmation message, program-status messages, a pause check-in, restart confirmation and a completion message.

Subscribers may be invited to reply DONE after completing their daily practice. A DONE reply is used as an accountability tool and does not control whether the next scheduled message is sent.

Subscribers who are not ready to begin because they do not yet have their heels may be able to reply HOLD to pause the 30-day accountability sequence. We may check in after approximately three days. When ready, the subscriber may reply READY to restart the program, with Day 1 generally beginning the following morning.

HOLD is a program-pause request only and is not an SMS opt-out. To unsubscribe from SMS messaging, follow the STOP instructions below.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the program and your interactions with us.

For the Steady in Stilettos accountability program, subscribers can generally expect one scheduled accountability message per day for approximately 30 days, plus limited onboarding, pause, restart, completion and service-related communications.

Marketing and promotional message frequency may vary.

Message and Data Rates

Kei Taylor does not charge you a separate fee for receiving ordinary SMS or MMS messages from the Mobile Service unless a specific paid service is clearly disclosed at purchase.

However, message and data rates may apply based on your wireless plan.

You are responsible for charges or fees imposed by your wireless carrier, including SMS, MMS, data or roaming charges. Contact your wireless provider for information about your plan.

Opting Out

You may unsubscribe from text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us or by using an unsubscribe link where one is provided.

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message informing you that you have been unsubscribed.

Klaviyo automatically suppresses subscribers who use supported STOP commands so they are no longer eligible to receive SMS unless they subsequently opt back in. Klaviyo Help Center

You may also contact us directly if you need assistance with an opt-out request.

Mobile Number Changes

If you change, deactivate, transfer or relinquish the mobile number you used to subscribe, you are responsible for updating your information or opting out before giving up that number.

This helps prevent messages intended for you from being sent to another person.

Wireless Carrier Availability

Delivery of SMS and MMS messages is subject to transmission by your wireless carrier and other service providers.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile messaging may not be available through every carrier, device or geographic location.

Privacy and Mobile Information

We collect and use information associated with the Mobile Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Mobile information, including your mobile number and SMS consent records, will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share information with vendors, telecommunications providers, messaging platforms and other service providers when necessary to operate and deliver the Mobile Service, process consent, send messages, maintain records, prevent fraud or comply with applicable law.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website or communications may contain links to websites, products or services operated by third parties.

We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, availability or practices. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kei Taylor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, digital products or services.

You are responsible for determining whether any activity, recommendation or product is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website or services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

Material changes to the Mobile Service may also be communicated by text, email or another reasonable method.

One addition you need to make to your Privacy Policy

Even with this Terms page, do not submit your number verification until the Privacy Policy has been updated for SMS. Klaviyo/carriers review both pages. Klaviyo Help Center

I would add a section titled “SMS/Text Messaging Privacy”:

SMS/Text Messaging Privacy
If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from Kei Taylor, we may use your mobile number and related information to send messages you have requested or consented to receive, including service-related messages, program communications, accountability messages and marketing communications where applicable.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS consent or opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share this information with service providers, telecommunications providers and messaging platforms that help us operate and deliver our text messaging services, but only as necessary to provide those services or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP to a message from us or using another available unsubscribe method. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

That last paragraph matters. Klaviyo specifically flags SMS consent/data-sharing language during number and RCS verification. Klaviyo Help Center

And for your Klaviyo signup form

Once both pages are live, I’d use disclosure language along these lines:

By entering your phone number and submitting this form, you agree to receive recurring service and/or marketing text messages from Kei Taylor at the number provided. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

That tracks closely with Klaviyo’s current U.S. disclosure guidance. Klaviyo Help Center

One thing I would not do is copy a giant boilerplate mobile TOS blindly. Yours is better when it explicitly describes the 30-day accountability program, because that is what customers are actually signing up for.

Before publishing, replace “Kei Taylor” with your full legal business name anywhere Klaviyo asks for the legal company/operator name if those are not identical. Klaviyo specifically asks for the full legal company name when generating mobile terms. Klaviyo Help Center

And because these are legal/compliance terms rather than ordinary website copy, I’d still have an attorney review the final version if you want formal legal sign-off.
